I’m really keen to find out why people are leaving the care profession. I have heard all sorts, from staff ‘cliques’ to inflexible shift patterns. I really want those who have left the profession to have their say to see what we can learn.
With staff shortages in so many areas, leavers’ views are really important to us. It will help us understand what keeps people in roles. as much as anything else. We know we can’t please all of the people, all of the time, but do want to try and introduce measures that make our staff want to stay with us and with our customers.
