The Care Locker for people in caring professions

The Care Locker is a new online care agency, backed with a full online care platform, launching towards the end of 2016. It’s looking for the very best people to join its ranks of agency staff, becoming Care Locker members.

The company aims to use the web, mobile, and – ultimately  – other technologies to help work more efficiently than most agencies do at present, offering a better deal to the best, most caring staff working with care homes, wards and hospitals across England and Wales.

Membership is free, and is ideal for any current agency workers, for people who want to top up wages with agency work, or anyone who would prefer to work through an agency to offer them the flexibility they need or enjoy.

Members will need to meet certain criteria:

  • At least two years experience in their field
  • Properly qualified for the role they are undertaking
  • A high standard of spoken English
  • References for all previous employment (Members may be cleared to work once two relevant, satisfactory references have been received)
  • DBS checks satisfied

Get involved:

If you’re a great at what you do in the caring professions and would like to be one of the first to hear about how we will bring you in the best assignments, help make them smoother, and when we’re launching in your area, let us have your details and we’ll get you the news as it happens:

And if, as a care professional, you’d like to help us shape our services, could you spare us a few minutes for a survey, please?

(Please feel free to pass this on to colleagues.)
